Blueberry, Raspberry, or Simply Cranberry Muffins

A cup of fresh blueberries or raspberries 
plus 1/2 cup dried cranberries, blueberries or cherries make these muffins pop with flavor!

Or keep it simple and make them with with dried cranberries (increase the sugar to 1/2 cup).

My little Bunny discovered this delicious recipe and has made it several time for breakfast.

  1. How splendidly tasty! This recipe would find favour with my mom as well, who is a die hard fan of blueberries, in no small part because she often spent her summers picking them on her aunt and uncle's blueberry farm when she was growing up. I adore those tart, cute little blue fruits too, but I'd probably opt for raspberries here, as they're my favourite fruit of all-time and I adore cooking and baking with them during the warmer months when they're back in season.
